Online applications and shortlisting of students and business industry experts (mentors).

September

Exciting entrepreneurial starter kits are sent out to selected young participants!

October

12 hour programme where ECP participants learn about entrepreneurship from business industry experts, engage with the online curriculum and play a business simulation game.

December

The exciting entrepreneurial business ideas presented by the participants are scored by SEED on the basis of how innovative, sustainable, impactful and how well the participants present them.

January

Top 10 shortlisted teams undergo bootcamp sessions to prepare them for the National Finals where the winning and runner-up teams are announced

February

How to Participate

By participating in ECP, young people can:

  • Learn to become the entrepreneurial leaders of tomorrow,
  • Interact with and learn from business industry experts,
  • Have a shot at winning seed money to upstart their enterprise ideas
  • Enhance key soft skills such as confidence, public speaking, decision making and problem solving,

How can you participate?

Step 1

Apply online and receive free Entrepreneurial Training from business industry experts and SEED’s facilitator

Step 2

Brainstorm an impactful entrepreneurial idea with your team of 3-5 participants.

 

Step 3

Develop a business pitch and pitch deck

Step 4

Top ten shortlisted teams receive seed funding to execute their business idea
